The Turtle Flambeau Flowage (TFF) is like the Everglades of northern Wisconsin. It is very large, mostly wilderness, and numerous channels and islands to enjoy. There are several boat landings for access to the water. The closest is Fisherman’s Landing and is about a 15-minute drive from Paradise Point. The fishing opportunities are endless and there are remote islands for swimming and hiking. The TFF is large and has hazards to navigate, so we would recommend that at least for your first visit, you use a knowledgeable guide. There is weak cell coverage in this area.
